Your Old Salt Coffee Company (OSCC) Plankowner Package coffee subscription begins on the day you purchase from our website and you are required to subscribe for no less than six months from the date of purchase of your subscription. Your OSCC Plankowner Package coffee subscription will thereafter automatically renew and continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with the Terms of this Agreement.
Your Old Salt Coffee Company (OSCC) coffee subscription begins on the day you purchase from our website and there is no required length of subscription. Your OSCC coffee subscription will thereafter automatically renew and continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with the Terms of this Agreement.
You will be charged on a monthly basis in the amount of the product, plus tax and shipping where applicable, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the anniversary day of each month until this Agreement is cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with this Agreement. Following the initial term, we will give you thirty (30) days advance written notice of any increase in the monthly payment. Your OSCC coffee subscription will thereafter automatically renew and continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
By purchasing this OSCC coffee subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge the card you have specified. Monthly payments will be automatically charged on or after the same day of each month until you cancel this Agreement in accordance with its terms. You understand we may continue to automatically charge your card or terminate this Agreement in accordance with its terms. Additionally, you authorize us to automatically charge your card in lieu of presenting it for any services received.
After completion of the Initial Term, you may cancel this agreement with thirty (30) days notice by sending an email to orders@oldsaltcoffee.com. Please put "Cancel Subscription" and your name in the subject line. After the Initial Term, you may cancel this Agreement at any time upon written notice as provided herein. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to us via email at orders@oldsaltcoffee.com and will become effective thirty (30) days after the cancellation request is received by us. Any payments due under this Agreement prior to the cancellation effective date will be charged by us as scheduled. Some state laws may provide you with additional cancellation rights.
